2010-11 Enacting Section 6-18-8 of the Tooele County Code, Temporarily Closing All Public Roads and Right-of-Ways on the “Big Poll Fire” Property to all Motorized Vehicles.
2010-12 Establishing a Temporary Land Use Regulation, Prohibiting Condominiums and Two-Family Dwellings (Duplexes) Within all Zone Districts of Tooele County for Six Months.
2010-13 Amending the Official Zoning Map of Tooele County; Rezoning Approximately 20.00 Acres of Property West of Rush Valley from MU-40 to A-20.
2010-14 Amending the Official Zoning Map of Tooele County: Rezoning Approximately 9.85 Acres of Land North of Grantsville from A-20 to RR-5.
2010-15 (Denied) Amending Subsection 24-6-5(B), Temporary Signs not Requiring a Permit, of Chapter 24, Sign Regulations. Of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance , Regarding Signage with Directions to Subdivisions and Planned Unit Developments.
2010-16 Amending Subsection 2-2(83) of Chapter 2, Definitions; Chapter 15, Table 15-5-3.3(1); and Chapter16, Table 16-4-3.3(K) of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance, Redefining the Term “Dwelling, Two-Family,” and Specifying Which Zoning Districts They are Allowed in - [Results of this Change: (1) The Definition for a Two-Family Dwelling is More Specific; (2) Two-Family Swellings are No Longer Permitted in Multiple Use, Agricultural, and Rural Residential Districts, Except in Pine Canyon; (3) Two-Family Dwellings May Now Be Approved By the Zoning Administrator in Residential Districts and are now a Permitted Use in Multiple Residential Districts]
2010-17 Enacting Section 13-1-11, Condominium Projects, of Title 13, Subdivisions of the Tooele County Code, Establishing a Procedure for Approval of Condominium Projects - [Results of this Change; (1) Condominium Projects are Considered Subdivisions and Must Comply with all Provisions of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance; (2) Condominium Plats Must Follow the Same Approval Process and Provide the Same Application Materials as Standard Subdivisions; (3) The Planning Commission Must Review and Approve all Declaration Documents]
2010-18 Amending Subsection 24-8-8(2) of Section 24-8-8 Billboard (Off-Premise Advertisement) Signs Along Interstate 80 - [Results of this Change: (1) Off-Premise Billboard Signs Along I-80 are Allowed Only Within the Travel-Influence Overlay District; (2) Off-Premise Billboard Cannot be Erected Within 500 Feet of any Residential Zoning District Boundary (Instead of 1,500 Feet)]

2010-20 Amending Chapter 3, Minor Subdivisions, of Title 13, Subdivisions, of the Tooele County Code, to Ensure Consistency with Amendments made to State Subdivision Laws - [Results of this Change: (1) Owners of at Least 100 Contiguous Acres of Agricultural Land may Divide from the Land a Single Lot Without Complying with Subdivision Plat Requirements or County Subdivision Ordinances; (2) the County Cannot Deny a Building Permit to an Owner of a Minor Subdivision Lot if the Lot Meets the County’s Reasonable Health, Safety, and Access Standard; (3) Owners of at Least 100 Contiguous Acres of Agricultural Land May Make a Minor Subdivision by Submitting for Recording in the County Recorder’s Office]
